MCIEDP Director delivers proclamation to TYG CEO

McKinney Business Owner James Chen began his travels to China and Taiwan in January as director for the Mayor's Council for International Economic Development Partnerships (MCIEDP).  His first official stop was in Tainan, Taiwan where he presented a Proclamation to Tong Yang Group (TYG) CEO Raymond Wu for the company's valued contribution to McKinney's economy.  

Tong Yang Group of McKinney opened in 1998 but has since undergone several expansions and more than doubled its employee base.
