Collin County Regional Airport

Owned and developed by the McKinney Economic Development Corporation, University Business Park is located in north McKinney near the northeast corner of US 75 Central Expressway and US 380 University Boulevard. Collin County Regional Airport is located nearby.

Zoned for office and light manufacturing, the park includes companies like Erchonia, Tenant Tracker and the Pogue Group. DFW Airport is 30 minutes away.

Collin County Regional Airport (TKI)

Collin County Regional Airport (TKI) is conveniently located near SH 121, US 75 and US 380 and serves as a General Aviation Reliever to DFW International Airport. Its 7,000-foot runway is capable of handling many of the largest general aviation aircraft.

McKinney Industrial Park

McKinney Industrial Park is located near Collin County Regional Airport in the Industrial and Couch Drive areas. Encore Wire, S&S Wood Molding, Timber Blind, Primo Microphones and Kone are located in this park.

Historic Downtown

McKinney's vibrant historic downtown offers retail, office, arts, entertainment, residential, restaurant and leisure opportunities. The area offers more than 100 unique shops, offices, art galleries and more than a dozen unique restaurants.

Metro Industrial Park/Powerhouse

Companies like Vector Systems and the sustainable company Home Energy Americas are located in Metro & Powerhouse Industrial Parks.

Interchange Business Park

Interchange is a light industrial park located north of University Drive (SH 380) and McDonald (SH 5). Tong Yang, Stat-Lab and Manner Plastics are among the businesses located in this park.

Bray Central Business Park

Located just west of University Business Park, Bray Central Business Park is the home to companies like TIG, RMCN, Blockbuster Distribution and Emission Solutions, Inc.

Heritage Office Park

A number of offices and retail venues are located in Heritage Office Park at the southeast corner of US 75 & US 380.

Adriatica

Adriatica is a 45-acre mixed-use development that is replica of Supetar on the Island of Brac on the Croatian coast. Located on a small lake at Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Dr., the development includes a mix of offices, retail shops, restaurants and upscale homes in authentic Croatian architecture on cobblestone-type streets.
