Mayor's Council for International Economic Development Partnerships

The Mayor’s Council for International Economic Development Partnerships (MCIEDP) is an official organization of the City of McKinney, Texas USA.  Its purpose is to promote McKinney as an international city for trade and economic development.

James Chen was appointed by the McKinney City Council to lead MCIEDP as a Director and Emissary for the City of McKinney. Originally from Taiwan, Mr. Chen is longtime McKinney resident and President/CEO of the McKinney-based Mayfair Group. His focus is China and Taiwan.

McKinney Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is the facilitator of MCIEDP.
